The chill morning air and the frost on the grass says it's winter. And with winter comes the buzz and excitement for christmas.
The hustle and bustle of energised people racing about to prepare for the 25th, eyes bright with determind purpose.
In my case, I could not cares less. Or rather, I used to care but life got in the way and everything went to pot.
It hurts too much to remember those happy times when you were younger and you were bright and healthy ready to face the day, and you looked forward to it.
So you distance yourself, tired and sad you pull a smile when nessacery.

However you are taught, if life gives you lemons make lemonade, if there is a storm dance in the rain. Make the most of what there is, even if there is not much.
So this year I raise a fluoxetine toast to you all: family, friends enemies and strangers.
To celebrate what was, what is, and what will be. To baubles tinsel and tirmasu. To satsumas spice and all things nice.
